Job Purpose

The Subsea HSE team support Projects and Tender works within our IMR, iEPCI, SURF and SPS Projects to ensure our values and foundational believes, including HSE, are met every day.

As a member of this team you will support our Subsea Projects with all aspects and requirements for the HSE work – being a key member of our Project Teams.

We are looking for applicants with experience in HSE – preferably from the Oil and Gas sector.

 

Job Description

  • Assist and advise the project team in HSE management related matters.
  • Establish relevant HSE documents for the project.
  • Plan, perform, report and follow-up internal and external project HSE audits and inspections.
  • Evaluate/assess/audit subcontractors HSE management systems.
  • Facilitate Risk Assessments such as HIRA’s/HAZOP’s
  • Record and follow up HSE related incidents in projects.
  • Plan and co-ordinate HSE training as required by project.
  • Participate to vessel/equipment mobilization, including induction training on site.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Have a passion for HSE, and the ability to demonstrate it.
  • Quickly can gain competence within HSE management in subsea and offshore projects.
  • Have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Have a Bachelor/master's degree in a relevant discipline: HSE, Risk, Engineering, Nautical or other higher education.
