Job Purpose

We are looking for a candidate to be part of the Quality team supporting MPM Manufacturing and project delivery of high-performance multiphase flow meters for the Oil and gas industry globally. The candidate will have responsibility for product and project scope through quality assurance and quality control ensuring product and quality requirements are fulfilled. 

Job Description

  • Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of project quality management systems and support processes that secure the fulfillment of the project quality management objectives and deliveries.
  • Proactively manage the various elements of the quality system to ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards, customer requirements, TechnipFMC requirements.
  • Works closely with Projects, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality teams for preventive work and lead continuous improvement activities, troubleshooting and Root cause analysis when required.
  • Works closely with Project Teams to assure that the QMS processes are well established within the Projects and support on external and internal compliance reviews.
  • Coordinates Quality Notification (QN) within Projects. Assists the project teams to elaborate Root Cause Analyses (RCA). Supervises the QN system that related to projects, to assure that all the QNs are addressed to the relevant staff, corrective actions are well established, and relevant improvements are taken.   
  • Assures that Project specific Quality documents (e.g. Inspection and Test Plan) are issued and delivered to the projects according to schedule.       
  • Executes, maintains and follow-up Project specific Risk Assessments to meet Projects objectives and TechnipFMC general objectives.    
  • Participates in project meetings (external / internal) to assure the fulfillment of quality requirements (project specific / TechnipFMC’s QMS)    
  • Be part of the local QHSE management team, support department level activities   

You are meant for this job if:

  • Experienced in QHSE management in oil and gas industry, or other manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and TechnipFMC operating requirements
  • Good understanding of supply chain management, traceability management.   
  • Sound Knowledge and Skill in PPT, Word and Excel    
  • Good technical understanding
  • Capable of supporting technical issues and performing risk assessment, root cause analysis.    
  • Minimum Bachelor education level and 5 years work experience in Quality, HSE, Engineering or equivalent.  Newly graduated BSc or MSc candidates are also encouraged to apply.
